LOUNGE CARRIAGES ETOILE DU NORD AND FLÈCHE D’OR

The Orient Express has been the embodiment of a vision, a unique way of living and travelling, since 1883. The legendary train, which once ran between Paris and the gateway to the East, today offers its passengers an unrivalled experience. Among the most precious of its carriages, the Lounge carriages, decorated by René Lalique and René Prou and listed as historical monuments, immerse you in the plush atmosphere of French Art Deco of the 1920s. Breakfast and afternoon tea can be served there for a timeless gourmet treat.

The dining carriages, one of which is decorated in tones of green and the other two mainly in red, also offer refined decoration and a warm, subdued atmosphere. They are available for lunches and dinners, providing an out-of-the-ordinary gourmet escapade with exceptional gastronomy served in a unique and timeless setting.
