On Monday December 3rd, thirty Chinese chefs selected by La Liste and elected to be chosen among the best chefs in the world, were received at the Elysée Palace by the French President, Emmanuel Macron and the day after they were received at the Potel and Chabot main office.
The new nominees were able to discover behind the scenes of the House Potel and Chabot before being able to go soon in Chengdu to visit the Pavillon des Lumières, exceptional chateau of 80 000 m ² is managed by Potel et Chabot which open its doors on next February 27th.
