Potel et Chabot derives its richness from a constellation of skills coming from different backgrounds. Although some acquired their credentials in great Michelin-starred restaurants or palaces, others have been trained and blossomed in our firm.
The excellence of our house lies in the talents which compose it as well as their complementarity: head chefs and pastry chefs, oenologists, sugar or ice sculptors, scenographers, sales representatives, deliverers, head waiters, receptionists, technicians...
