For the fifth years running, Potel et Chabot is supporting the Red Nose campaign organised by the French Federation for Orphan Diseases (FMO).
Our dessert chefs will be in St Germain de Près with the Red Noses on Saturday 9 January 2010. A wide range of Galette des Rois tarts will be on sale to raise funds for the FMO.
This annual event brings France’s top chefs and dessert cooks together every Epiphany. It serves a dual purpose, raising public awareness about orphan diseases, and raising funds to support patients, patient-support associations and research programmes.
