Opening of the Pavillon d’Armenonville, on the edge of the Bois de Boulogne. This former hunting lodge, which became a restaurant frequented since 1924 by Marcel Proust and Colette, is the first of six Parisian reception pavilions signed Potel et Chabot. This same year, the house receives the certification of Beth Din for the organization of Kosher receptions.
