First of the Grand Siècle prize dinners, all organized by Potel et Chabot. The house has had privileged relations with the champagne houses since 1889: partnerships with the cellar masters of Dom Pérignon and Veuve Cliquot, 200th anniversary celebration of Lanson (2005), Perrier Jouët (2011), the 270th anniversary of Moët et Chandon in New York (2013) and the 150th anniversary of Moët Impérial Brut in 2019.
