The history of the house is inseparable from that of French wines. At Château Latour, the first of the itinerant gala dinners of the Conseil des Grands Crus Classés, created by Pierre Gagnaire. Potel et Chabot collaborates on major wine events such as the 150th anniversary of Mouton Rothschild in 2003 and the 150th anniversary of Lafite Rothschild in 2018.
