ROLAND GARROS 2017
Since 1980, Potel et Chabot has been proud and delighted to provide thousands of daily gastronomic services for the Roland Garros Tournament.
The Roland Garros Tournament involves about 60 private or packaged reception areas and several restaurants managed by our teams. Behind the scenes: ephemeral kitchens, floral decoration workshops, commercial teams, an unceasing ballet of deliveries… as every year, about 1,800 people are destined by our company to ensure the excellence of nearly 70,000 services provided over the fortnight!
In terms of sustainable development, Potel et Chabot has continued the commitments initiated in previous years: the conservation of bio-waste, sorting of glass, cardboard, the recycling of coffee capsules… The partnership set up with the charity association “Le Chaînon Manquant” made it possible to offer 4,500 meals to people in need this year, thanks to the mobilization of all the companies participating in the operation at the tournament.
